Every once-in-a-while we post a close-up photo. You can guess what you think it is or what you think it isn't. If you're right you get to be happy. If you're wrong, you get to be sad.
Guess the Picture
Close up pictures of random stuff. Reveal the answer by clicking on 'Show answer' below the close-up. If you don't want to guess you can just look at them.
Any SLR camera with extension tubes, a reversing ring and wide angle lens. As I recall this particular image was a D80 with extension tubes, reversing ring and 35mm lens. I've been too lazy to add new photos recently :(
These are amazeing...I've been mesmerized by your photos for the last 30-45 min's! This is EXACTLY what I was looking for, for my bible study this week to Jr. Highers... wondering if you would mind my showing them some of your images...right from your site, even! btw- you have very clever and funny captions with your photos.
Well, Mr or Mrs or Miss or Dr Anonymous et al, we can't be held liable for any personal injuries sustained during said "mesmerized" state. While it is true that we have known, for a very long time, that our photographic skills exceed those of ordinary humans. And that all our photographs are often referred to as "mesmerizing" we have always maintained that it is the viewers' responsibility to partake in moderation in order to mitigate the risk of becoming completely "mesmerized" and subsequently injuring his or her self or pets or others through actions carried out under the influence of said state.
Thank you! And...I have to assume that your second (or perhaps First at the present time, being that I see no new images for the past 4 months) is that of comic genius! You can call me Dr. if you'd like, you'd be the only person to do so and it quite boosts my ego! That, or Mrs, I suppose. I'll let you know how your pictures go with the youth, I'll be showing them tomorrow night. God Bless; and thank you for making me laugh!
